By booking through Gurugram Farms, you agree to the following terms. These apply alongside any property-specific house rules shared at the time of booking.

1. Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received and a confirmation is issued via email/SMS. Prices shown at checkout include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in — full refund minus payment gateway charges
• 50% refund for cancellations 3–7 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of check-in
• Rescheduling is subject to property availability

3. Check-in / check-out

Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM, unless a different slot is confirmed in writing. A valid government photo ID is required for all adult guests at check-in.

4. Guest conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbours and staff. Loud music after permitted hours, damage to property, or violation of house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

5. Liability

Gurugram Farms acts as a booking facilitator between guests and property owners. We are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or events outside our reasonable control (e.g. weather, force majeure).

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
